(WYPH.PK), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Health Essist, Inc., engages in the development and marketing of Edible Film Technology using Proprietary blends and formulations. The Company was founded in 2004 and became public in July 2005. For the first 3 years the company developed and marketing several health related products related to Clinical Chemistry and bio-terrorism products. In 2006 Health Essist, Inc launched a line of Transdermal technology products with its own Proprietary blends and using all natural ingredients and at the same time, applied for provisional patents for Edible Film applications.

In 2009, the company is preparing to launch a comprehensive line of Edible film products into the retail sector.
